James Hradecky

CEO, President & Chairperson

Jim served seven years on active duty following his graduation from West Point, with two tours in the 82nd Airborne Division and one tour in Germany. He served as a Field Artillery Officer with both Battery Command and Battalion Operations Officer experience. When Jim left military active duty, he was recruited into the medical industry where he has successfully started and led multiple organizations to ongoing profitability.

It is this entrepreneurial capability that he brings to GxP Partners, to apply the benefits of low-code technology, and any other IT solutions customers require, to the organizational needs of the federal government, military, state and county governments, and commercial businesses.

As a disabled veteran, active in many charities, Jim focuses on the needs of veterans and their families. He hires veterans as leaders for his companies whenever possible. Jim is honored to be a board member of the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund focused on providing educational scholarships to the sons and daughters of our fallen military members.

Jim’s degree from West Point was followed years later with an MBA from Babson College with a focus on Entrepreneurship. As a serial entrepreneur, businesses he leads have been centered on effectively using new technology to enable everyone in the company to provide superior products and services to all customers. Jim’s openness to the interaction between technological advancement and human service excellence is infectious. Jim lives with his wife, Joan, and their children, Joe and Ellie, in Peterborough, NH. He travels regularly to engage with customers to ensure their needs of today and tomorrow are being met and planned for.

David Smith

Chief Technology Officer

David has spent the last 27 years helping highly regulated organizations streamline their operations through digital transformation. As a thought leader in Process Automation, Lean Six Sigma and Agile Design Techniques, he has been responsible for identifying, adopting and delivering the BPM, RPA and AI solutions that are the basis for our organization’s product and service offerings.

David has served a wide array for clients in the areas of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biotech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial, Banking, Insurance, as well as Federal, State and Local Government. He has recently worked with clients such as Freddie Mac, Inter-American Investment Corporation, Department of Defense, Massachusetts Department of Revenue, NuLife Med, Tarrant County Texas, and National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation.

Neil F. Costello

Chief Operating Officer

Neil spent the last 20+ years in a various executive positions including large publicly traded, small/medium rapidly growing and start-up enterprises, which uniquely range from energy, to manufacturing to healthcare. That breadth of experience crystallized his understanding of business processes and the historical challenges businesses face finding solutions that drive process efficiency, truly unify data, and flexibly and affordably position businesses to design, develop and modify applications given rapidly evolving demands.

As the COO of GxP Partners, Neil’s focus is on evolving and honing GxP’s ability to help business owners and leaders uncover the transformative value associated with Business Process Management, Case Management and Robotic Process Automation within a unified data environment on a Low Code Platform. Gone are the days that only large companies can afford exponentially powerful technology solutions. GxP Partners recognizes application development is undergoing a sea-change and is in the forefront of helping companies of all size and scale achieve digital transformation.

After graduating from the U.S. Military Academy, Neil served as an officer in the US Army. He is a veteran of Desert Storm and bronze star recipient.

Neil and his family (wife Anita and three sons, John, Christopher and Peter) live in Peachtree City, GA.

Michelle Dowalo

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Michelle oversees corporate planning and strategic direction to ensure continued value for both employees and customers. Michelle’s 26-year stewardship, her keen attention to detail, and her flexibility to work with all aspects of the business has contributed to GxP Partners’ success. Prior to joining GxP Partners, she was a buyer at a leading provider of industry-focused technology solutions to the distribution industry.

Michelle resides in Levittown, PA with her husband Jeff, and her daughters Sarah and Jennifer.

Tammy Judge

Director, Project Management and Systems Validation

Tammy has over 20 years’ experience helping highly regulated companies do everything from software vendor selection, Project Management, solution implementation/validation as well as assist with creating training materials and SOPs. Tammy has helped implement and validate Quality Management Systems, Labeling, LIMs, document management and training system. Project range from small single site companies to multi global companies. Tammy dedicates herself to listening to her clients and making sure to balance that within the project so that it’s a win for all involved.

Tammy lives in Plattsburgh, NY with Mark (her better half of over 20 years) near where she was born and raised. Nothing better than the Adirondacks and all its beauty.
